This can be caused by a few different things:

1) There are not enough credit or funds on your card to cover the purchase. Please verify with your bank before attempting another payment.

2) The billing address you are entering doesn’t match the card’s billing address. This is the most common problem.

3) The name you entered on the card does not match the actual name on the card.
