To start a return for defective or incorrect orders that were purchased from www.theflickstick.com, please send us a message using the contact button in the bottom right corner of the screen . 

Please include your order # and order date in the message. 

A customer service rep will give you additional instructions on how to return your Flickstick.

As soon as the returned item gets to us and is inspected by our customer service dept, we’ll issue you a refund for the returned portion of your order.

Please include your full name and order number in the packaging.
